Alloy Wheel Repair Sunshine Coast
Kerbed, corroded, or faded alloys drop the visual impact of any vehicle — especially on prestige brands where the wheels are part of the design. Auto Emporium repairs and resprays alloy wheels at our Caloundra West studio, restoring or changing the finish to suit. From a single scraped rim to a full set respray, we match the result to the car.
"I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Auto Emporium. The team were so friendly and easy to deal with, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work. They put so much time and attention into fixing my damaged rim, and the end result looks amazing. I’m beyond grateful for the effort they went to."
Why Choose Alloy Wheel Repairs & Resprays From Auto Emporium
Kerbed alloys are one of the most common forms of cosmetic damage on the coast — tight car parks and gutters catch even careful drivers. On a prestige vehicle, a single scuffed rim drops the visual standard of the whole car.
Most alloy damage — scuffs, scratches, gouges, kerb rash — is fully repairable without replacement. Most jobs are completed within the day, from $250 per wheel for the spoke side (face of the wheel) in standard colours. If the barrel of the wheel also needs to be painted, it is an additional $100 per wheel.
The respray service also opens up colour and finish options: gloss black, satin, two-tone, or any custom colour — on the same visit as the repair.
- Kerb rash & scuff repair: Damage removed and refinished with colour-matched paint — invisible against the original wheel
- From $250 per wheel: Single wheel or full set — no requirement to book all four if only one is damaged. Spoke side only in standard colours; additional $100 per wheel for the barrel.
- Custom respray options: Any colour or finish available — a popular upgrade combined with caliper painting for a complete brake bay transformation
- Same-day turnaround: Most repairs completed within four to eight hours — waiting room with wifi and Netflix on-site if needed
"The team at Auto Emporium were fantastic! All four of my chrome alloy wheels had clear coating damage. The black satin finish we chose looks immaculate. I highly recommend this business."
