I was wanting my car windows tinted. These guys were the most expensive out of the 4 places I contacted .Asked about the technical specifications of the window tinting product and a person who called themselves Rob said, and I quote, "I don't know, never looked them up". I asked if I could look up the technical specifications myself online and Rob started telling me most people didn't care about technical specs of window tinting, as it was all jargon that didn't really matter. Rob wasn't interested in answering my questions and seemed more interested in telling me what he thought I needed instead. I guess if you want your car painted and your wheels polished this might be the place to go. Based on a patronising telephone manner, and self confessed cluelessness about the technical specifications of a product Rob asserts they've been using for over ten years, it's a hard pass from me. I drove to Auto Emporium, then kept going past their doorway to the window tinting specialists right on the next corner. They were polite, professional, and listened to what I wanted. They knew all the technical specifications of their products and happily answered all my questions. They were over $100 cheaper for a like for like product. How do I know? I looked at the specifications. Technical data matters, which is why companies make them readily available.
Response from the owner: Hi Richard! First of all, let's clarify one thing: you have not used our services. Therefore, it is inappropriate to leave reviews for something you have not experienced firsthand. It's important to address that your reaction was based on a misunderstanding. The technicality of your question could have been resolved in a much simpler manner had there been clearer communication. We understand that you were dissatisfied with the cost seeming to high for your budget, However, that is not grounds to go leaving a review.BUT….
